2. Accompanying person can not be a surgeon or a conference delegate
3. No refunds and cancellation fees
4. PG student will have to produce valid identity card before the registration authority.
5. ASI member will have to produce ASI registration identity card before the resitration authoriy.
6. ID proof mandatory for all delegates.
